*It is with a heavy heart and deep sorrow we announce the passing away of our beloved Murshid and father Allamatul Asar Shamsul Ulema Peer o Murshid Hazrat Moulana Abulfatah Syed Nusrat Miyan Qibla Tashreefullahi RH at 2:30AM on 1st of Jamadi us Sani, Friday, December 15th, 2023.

*Peer o Murshid Qibla is the eldest son of the late Allamatul Asar Asad ul Ulema Hazrat Moulana AbuSayeed Syed Mahmood Tashreefullahi urf Murshid Miyan RH. He studied at Osmania University, Hyderabad where he studied BSc , LLB and MBA. He was trained by his late father throughout his life in Islamic Studies. He resigned from his job as Senior Government Officer (Special Cadet Joint Registar) in Andhra Pradesh and renounced the world (did Tark e Duniya) when his younger brother Peer O Murshid Hazrat Moulana Syed Abdul Hai RH passed away in 1990.

*Peer o Murshid immigrated to Los Angeles, USA in early 1990’s. Later on invitation of Janab Rahmat Ali Khan Sahab, Peer o Murshid moved to Chicago from Los Angeles to formally start the religious activities at the newly established Mahdavia Islamic Center of Chicago (M.I.C.C). He served the Mahdavia community tirelessly for over 25 years. In 2010 he established the Mahdavia Farah Society of Canada. He established Mahdavia Ruiyat e Hilal in USA 23 years ago.
In 2015 he formally established the first ever Mahdavia Dairah outside of Indian Subcontinent – Mahdavia Dairah of North America (M.A.N.A). He dedicated his entire life preaching Islamic studies especially Quranic studies, Ahadis, Naqliyat e Imamuna AHS, Seerat of Prophet Mohammad SWS and Imamuna Mehdi AHS until his last breath.

*The late Murshid was proficient in many languages including Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, Hindi, Telugu and English etc. He is well known for his writings and sermons. Over 25 persons accepted Islam and became Mahdavi at his hand in the USA.
*Alhamdulillah, he was very passionate about preaching Deen e Mehdi e Ma’ud AHS and only a few days ago he presided over the Jalsa e Milad e Mehdi AHS at the Mahdavia Dairah of North America (M.A.N.A).

*The late Peer o Murshid’s passing away is an immense loss for the Mahdavia Community.
*Besides his numerous Khalifas, Mureeds, Students the late Peer o Murshid is survived by Hazrata Murshidini Sahiba, three sons including Janab Syed Mubashir Hussain, Hazrat Moulana Syed Shahnoor Mohammad Miyan and Janab Syed Dilawar Ilyas, three daughters and two grandchildren.* *May Allah, with the blessings of Khatimain AHS and Sayyadaian Rz, forgive Marhoom Peer o Murshid’s shortcomings and accept all his good deeds and bless him with His Deedar and give patience to his family, Mureeds, students and well wishers all over the world.Ameen.

The burial of Peer O Murshid Hzt. Syed Mahmood Akailvi Sahab finished around 5.15pm. It started few minutes after 4.30pm. There was intermittent rain during the burial. A very large gathering of Mureedeen and Aashiq-e-Mahdi Maoud AS was present during the burial. Finally, a great soul was laid to rest in the feet of Hz Bandagi Miyan Syed Ali “Sutoon-E-Deen” RA, S/o Hz Bandagi Miyan Syed Mehmood “Syedanji Khatimul Murshidin” RZ and we all pray to Allah that He bestows his choicest blessings on this great Murshid and presents him with His Vision. Ameen. Summameen. Ya Rabb ul Aalameen.

 
As reported earlier the burial party reached Madakpally few minutes after 4pm and Namaz-e-Janaza was conducted for all those present there who had not read the prayers.  Miyanji Miyan Murshid, Najaf Miyan Murshid, Sarfaraz Miyan Murshid, Ajaz Miyan Murshid, Tasqeer Sahab Murshid and his grandson who is a murshid too took part in the burial of Peer O Murshid Syed Mahmood Akailvi Sahab.
Almost everyone has left Madakpally and have moved towards Manchappa where they will perform ziyarat of Hz Bandagi Miyan Syed Noor Mohammed “Khatim-e-Kar” RZ.

The burial party has reached few minutes after 4pm and currently they are preparing to conduct the Namaz-e-Janaza for all those present there who had not read the prayers. It is raining over there at Madakpally. Miyanji Miyan Murshid, Najaf Miyan Murshid, Sarfaraz Miyan Murshid, Ajaz Miyan Murshid, Tasqeer Sahab Murshid and his grandson who is a murshid too are present at Madakpally to take part in the burial of Peer O Murshid Syed Mahmood Akailvi Sahab.

THE LAST JOURNEY BEGINS

Despite many hundreds of mourners, the Namaz-e-Janaza was offered as scheduled at 10 am and the first prayer was led by Peer O Murshid Hzt. Syed Razi Akailvi Sahab. The second prayer was led by Peer O Murshid Hzt. Syed Yaqoob Miyan Sahab. The third prayer was led by Peer O Murshid Hzt. Syed Miyanji Miyan Sahab and the fourth prayer was led by Peer O Murshid Hzt. Syed Dilawar Maqsoosi Sahab. After 4 Janaza prayers ended at 10.20am, the people had a last glimpse of this 70 year old Peer O Murshid of Giroh-e-Mahdavia and had the honor of seeing the beatific and peaceful face of the Hazrat. At 10.45am Hazrat’s body was taken for the ladies to have one final look. Hazrat’s daughter had left for USA 2 days before his death on Saturday morning.

At 11.05am the final journey of the Hazrat to his final resting place at Madakpally started.  The respected body of the Hazrat was carried by hundreds of Aashiq-e-Mahdi Maoud AS to the parked 50-seater luxury bus near Sohail hotel. At 11.40am the caravan consisting of 2 tourist buses, 5-6 4×4 drives and many a private cars left for Madakpally. Another tourist bus comprising his Mureedeens left from Nai Sadak, Chanchalguda. Many of Hazrat’s mureedeens from other parts outside Hyderabad were reaching Madakpally individually and in groups.

When a scholar dies it is always a loss. When a great scholar dies then the loss is felt for generations. Similar was the case when one of the towering personalities of Qaum e Mahdavia, Peer O Murshid Hzt. Syed Mahmood Akailvi Sahab died yesterday morning at Hyderabad.
Peer O Murshid was a very humble person who appreciated good scholarly work done by others; he was very forthcoming and eager to encourage the upcoming young Murshideen as well as encourage their Deeni efforts. He consciously avoided getting involved in the petty things of the world and spent his time in acquiring knowledge, desseminating it and saving it for the future generations through his scholarly research, lucid and exhaustive writing style and informative discourses. A student of great Peer O Murshid Abu Sayeed Syed Mahmood urf Murshid Miyan sahab qibla, Hzt. Mahmood Akailvi Sahab has authored many books, booklets and articles. He has also authored the comprehensive Tafaseer of the Holy Quran (the second volume is already printed and was supposed to be delivered when he died). He used to give scholarly and informative speeches whenever he was asked to do so.
He was an authority on the Arabic and Persian languages; he was one of the very few in the Qaum e Mahdavia to be able to write books and articles in the Arabic language. He used to teach the language to anyone who was interested. Was always ready to share his spiritual knowledge with those who were keen to acquire. He had a indefatigable and untiring spirit to serve the Qaum e Mahdavia and the religion. Even some hours before his death he was working on the reply to the slanderous and disgusting book written by the Imam of the Akbar Bagh mosque who had insulted Imamuna AS and our Buzurgan-e-Deen in his book. He was able to write couple of pages before his death.
He was a courageous, forthright, strong and determined human being but with a very humble demeanour and an innocent smile.
His loss is mourned deeply by his many mureedeens as well as the members of the community. A big responsibility has befelled on the shoulders of the young Janasheen and son Peer O Murshid Hzt. Syed Razi Akailvi Sahab but everyone feels that as son of a great personality he has imbibed many of his qualities and had the chance of spending a valuable time in the companionship of his father. He indeed was a very sad man as he has seen this towering personality from very close quarters and is missing him as a father as well as a teacher.
Yesterday till very late in the night people were coming and paying their last respects to the departed soul and offering condolences to his Janasheen and other family members. The mood in the mosque was very sombre and a sense of emptiness and void pervaded the atmosphere. Everyone was feeling the loss of a great human being and an asset of the Qaum-e-Mahdavia.
All the Murshideen of Quam e Mahdavia in the Hyderabad-Secunderabad region were present except for couple who were sick. The mosque was full today with Murshideen and Fuqara-e-Kiram and presented an impressive sight which really befitted the occasion and was a fitting tribute to a legendary personality.

We regret to inform our readers the sad demise of well known scholar, orator, and Murshid  “Rahnuma-e-Millath, Mufassir-e-Quran, Peer-O-Murshid Allama Abul Hadi Hazrat Syed Mehmood al Hussaini al Khundmiri Sahab Qibla popularly known as  Hazrat Maulana Syed Mehmood Akelvi Sahab passed away today morning around 8:30 AM in the Mercy of His Lord, he was Sajjada Daira Hazrat Bandagi Miyan Syed Noor Mohammed Khatim-e-Kar RA at Mancappa,Nizamabad and Daira Mehdavia Akelvi at Zaheerabad (Hazrat Bandagi Miyan Syed Moosa RA). He has penned numerous books and the latest and most outstanding of his work being Tafseer-e-Qur’an “TAFSEER-AL-MEHMOOD FI TANZEEL-AL-MA’BOOD”.

Hazrat  Maulana Syed Mehmood Sahab Akelvi, who was not keeping well since last few months, accidentally fell yesterday and suffered hip bone fracture  and was admitted to local hospital in Hyderabad and passed away  around 8.30am.

As soon as the news broke about the passing away of Haz. Maulana Mehmood Akelvi Sahab, large number of his  followers,members of Mahdavia community including Murshideen visited Masjid-e-Akelvi in Chanchalguda, Hyderabad and paid condolences to his son and Janashin  Hazrat Maulana Syed Aziz Mohammed Khundmiri alias Razi Miyan, Moulvi Fazil and other members of the family.
The greatness of this Scholar Murshid was his humbleness, simplicity, strong characters and Aqida, above all his practice and preaching of Mahdavia teachings among the masses. Not only his family members rather the entire community has  lost a sincere and selfless personality, ‘May Allah SWT by the sadaqa of Khatamain and Syedain have mercy and bless him with His Deedar and give strength to his bereaved family to cope with his departure. It is with profond grief we report the passing away of  renowned poet Janab Syed Mahmood Talib Khundmiri Sahab due to heart attack in Pune, Maharashtra today at 3 pm. He was on his return journey to Hyderbad after attending a Mushaira in Mumbai. His Mortal remains are being brought to Hyderabad and is expected to reach in the early hours of Monday 17th January 2011. Aged about  70 he is survived by his wife, 3 sons Syed Zeeshan Khundmiri,  Syed Irfan Khundmiri (USA)  and Syed Faizan  Khundmiri (USA) and 3 daughters. Irfan Khundmiri, Faizan Khundmiri and daughters have left USA and are expected to arrive in India on time to attend their fathers Namaz-e-Janaza. 

As per the information given by Peer O Murshid Hzt. Syed Manzoor Miyan Sahab,  Namaz e Janaza will now be held at 9.30 pm on Monday 17th January, 2011 at Masjid Hazrat Moosa Miyan Awwal, New Road (Nai Sadak), Chanchalguda and the burial will take place at 10.30 pm at Daira Bandagimiyan Hzt. Syed Shah e Qasim Mujtahid Giroh RH at Musheerabad.

Janab Syed Mehmood Talib Khundmiri Sahab RA was well known in the Urdu world and travelled extensively  attending Mushaira’s around the globe, he was known for  Tanz o Mizah Shayri, a successful Architect,a Philanthropist and above all a practicing Mehdavi. He was very good at Shayri which propagated the Teachings of Prophet Mohammed SAWS and Imamuna Mahdi Maoud AS and our Buzurgan e Deen RZ.

He was also associated with many Socio-religious Organisations serving humanity at many levels. He was a office bearer of the famous ‘Zinda Dilan-e-Hyderabad’ and compered their Mushairas for a long time continuously on public demand. Allah SWT bestowed him with the honor to design / construct 100’s of mosques across the globe and many of them free of his service charges.  May Allah SWT Bless him with His Deedar and give him place in His Jawahar e Rahmat and give strength to his family and friends to cope with this sudden loss – Aameen.

In Chicago members of late scholar’s family gathered at the residence of his son Janab Syed Munawwar Mansoor Miyan Sahab.  Large number of members of Mahdavia community living in Chicago area, including Peer wo Murshid Hazrat Maulana Abulfatah Syed Nusrat Sahab Qibla, visited and paid condolences to Janab Syed Mubarak Masood Miyan Sahab, Janab Syed Munawwar Mansoor Miyan Sahab (sons), Janab Syed Abdullah Ather Sahab-Secretary MICC (son-in-law) and other family members. MICC has issued a condolence message on the passing away of Hazrat Qibla.

Faqueer Hazrat Syed Dilawar urf Akber Mahmoodi sahab, (passed away after Fajr on Saturday, 30 March, 2013 at his residence
in Chanchalguda, Hyderabad.
 
 


He was son of the Hazrath Faqueer Syed Khundmeer Mehmoodi sahab RA.

It is with profound grief we report the passing away  of Hzt Syed Yaqoob Roshan Yadullahi Sahab is at 8 am this morning in Hyderabad, India. He suffered a heart attack 3 days ago.

He was  the author of The Promised One published in 1989, a biography in English of Hzt Imamuna Syed Mohammed Jaunpuri Khaleefatulllah Mahdi Maoud AS. He has authored other books as well and also translated many Urdu books into English for the benefit of youngsters. He was also the Treasurer of Mahdavia Research and Charitable Foundation, Hyderabad and played an important role in the publication of many books, upkeep of Dairas and construction of masjids and other Construction activities, especially at the Daira of Bandagimiyan Hzt Tashreef e Haq RZ and at Jaunpur.

He is survived by his daughter, son in law and a grand daughter.

The burial of Hzt Syed Yaqoob Roshan Yadullahi Sahab will take place today 1st April, 2012 at Daira Bandagimiyan Hzt Shah e Qasim Mujtahid Giroh RH, Musheerabad.

Namaz e Janaza
7pm at Yedullahi Masjid, near Zaiqa Hotel, opposite Dictionary House, Chanchalguda and  8pm at Masjid inside Daira Bandagimiyan Hzt Shah e Qasim Mujtahid Giroh RH, Musheerabad.

Burial
8.15pm at Daira Bandagimiyan Hzt Shah e Qasim Mujtahid Giroh RH, Musheerabad.

May Allah SWT Bless him with His Deedar and give him place in His Jawahar e Rahmat and give strength to his family and friends to cope with this sudden loss – Aameen. Sum-Aameen. Ya Rab-ul-Aalameen
