The New Moon for Zul Hijjah 1430 H was not sighted at anyplace in USA & Canada on the 29th of Zul Qadah 1430H i.e. Tuesday, the 17th of Nov., 2009.
Our Shahideen allover the USA and Canada too have reported that the New Moon was not sighted on the evening of 29th. As such Zul Qada will complete 30 days and the 1st of Zul Hijjah will be on Thursday, the 19th of November, 2009.
Consequently, the Eid-ul-Azha ( the 10th of Zul Hijjah) will be on Saturday, the 28th of November, 2009.
May Allah, Tabarak wa Ta’ala reward all our Shahideen (Moon Sighting Volunteers) for their effort. Ameen

Faqueer Abulfatah Syed Nusrat hereby declares that the New Moon of Rabi-ul-Awwal,1431 was not sighted at anyplace in USA & Canada on the 29th of Safar-ul-Muzaffar 1431H i.e. Sunday, the 14th of January, 2010.
Our Shahideen allover the USA and Canada have reported that the New Moon was not sighted on the evening of 29th. As such Safar-ul-Muzaffar will complete 30 days and the 1st of Rabi-ul-Awwal will be on Tuesday, the 16th of February, 2010.
May Allah, Tabarak wa Ta’ala reward all our Shahideen (Moon Sighting Volunteers) for their effort. Ameen

On every 10th of Muharram, Mahdavi Muslims all over the world perform a tradition.They meet or call over telephone or by means of letters contact their relatives,friends(close or distant) and even those with whom their relations are strained. They apologize to them for their own words and deeds by which they had hurt the feelings or offended them intentionally or unintentionally. They seek apology from the others and the others too in response seek apology.

A Grand Jalsa was organized to commorate the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (May Allah's Peace & Blessing Be Upon him) by Naujawanaan-e-Mahdavia, Musheerabad in Hyderabad, India on the 12th of Rabi-un-Awwal-Sat, 27th Feb, 2010 after Isha prayers. The entire program of Jalsa Milad-un-Nabi SAS was broadcast live for the benefit if those who could not attend. Complete report with pictures will be posted shortly on this web site soon.
