Dear All,

Correct timing to intake of water will maximize its effectiveness to human body.

a) Two glasses of water 30 minutes before meal help digestion

b) One glass after waking up helps activate internal organs

c) One glass before sleep to avoid stroke or heart attack

d) One glass before taking a bath helps lower blood pressure
