Ingredients:
1 pound small potatoes/Alu (about 10)
salt and black pepper/kaali mirch
10-ounce frozen peas/matar
2 scallions(green onions), /pyaz ki pathi sliced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 small chicken cutlets (about 1 1/4 pounds)
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons olive oil

Method:
Place the potatoes in a saucepan with enough water to cover.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt Simmer until tender, 15 to 18 minutes, adding the peas in the last 2 minutes; drain.
Gently mash with scallions, butter, and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, season the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Coat with the flour, shaking off the excess.
Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook half the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side; transfer to plates. Repeat with the remaining oil and chicken.
Serve hot with the potatoes.

Ingredients:
325 gm boneless chicken pieces
1 cup water
1 medium onion/pyaz coarsely chopped
2-3 cloves garlic/lahsan
1-2 green chilies /hari mirch coarsely chopped
A handful of hara dhuniya
125 gm basin flour
1 tsp. dhuniya powder
1 tsp. ground zeera
1/4 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt to taste
1 pinch soda bicarbonate
Oil for deep frying

Method:
Put the onion, garlic, green chilies and coriander with half the water in the blender and blend to a fine paste.
In a bowl mix together baisan(gram flour), dhuniya powder, zeera, garam masala, chili powder, salt and soda.
Add the blended liquid and rest of the water and mix well to form a thick paste.
Put in the chicken pieces and mix well so that the chicken is well coated with the mixture.
Deep fry in hot oil till golden . Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.

Ingredients:
Boiled chicken (shreded) 1 cup
Cabbage (shreded) 1 cup
Carrot (shreded) 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 small
Green chillies 2-3 pcs
Cheese (shreded) 1 cup
Cream 1/2 packet
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:
Take a bowl and add all ingredients in it.
Add 1/2 cup of cheese in it.
Mix the batter well.
Take a greased baking tray and pour the mixture in it.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over it and bake this batter in oven for about 10 mins in a preheated oven at 160 c.
Check whether it is cooked using a tooth pick if no cream is struck to it then its properly cooked.
Take it out from baking tray .Serve hot.

Ingredients:
1/2 pound skinless boneless, chicken
chicken breasts (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Mustard Powder
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Vinegar
3 Eggs (Beaten)
Bread Crumbs
Cooking Oil

Method:
In a large bowl mix together vinegar.soy sauce, salt, mustard powder, black pepper and sugar.
Marinate the chicken in the mixture for as long as possible.
Dip the chicken in eggs then bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.

Ingredients:
Kolson speghettis boiled 1/2 packet
Peas 1/2 cup
Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
Cauliflower chopped 1/2cup
Chicken (cut into small cubes) 1/2cup
Chicken stock (yekhnee) 2 cups
Soya sause as required
Vineger as required
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oil
Cornflour 3 tbsp

Method:
First marinate chicken cubes with salt, pepper, soya sause (1 tbsp) and corn (1 tbsp) for two hours.
Take a pan and add oil for deep frying then deep fry the boiled noodles until light golden colour (till crunchy).
Take another pan and add 2 tbls of oil and heat up then add chicken cubes in it and properly cook until its color changes.
Then add all veges in it and also add pepper, salt, vineger, soya sauce and chicken stock and cook well for 4 to 5 minutes.
Then add 2 tbsp of cornflour and cook until it thickens. Now the gravy is ready .
Take a platter and put the fried noodles in plate at all sides then in the middle put the chicken gravy sauce and garnish with mint leaves and green chillies.
Serve hot.

Ingredients:
Bread slices 6 pcs
Cheese slices three Cut in the middle
Green peas boiled 1/2 cup
Boiled chicken pieces 1/2 cup
Egg 1 pc
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Oil to deep fry
Salt, peppe to taste
Large bowl filled with water

Method:
Cutthe brown corners of each bread
Mix together green peas, chicken, salt & pepper.
Now soak each bread in the water bowl only for few second.
Squeeze between palms to drain away the water in the bread.
Now place a 1/2 cheese slice in the middle of the wet bread.
Place 1 tbsp of the green peas and chicken in the middle (elongated shape).
Fold around the sides of the bread to make a roll covering cheese and mixture inside.
Dip in beaten egg, roll in crumbs and deep fry.
Serve hot with ketchup.
